LHD focuses on residential design for remodels, new builds, and space refinement with furnishings and décor. We partner with many trade professionals, vendors and showrooms in the design industry to bring you top quality materials and furnishings. 
LHD structures projects on a flat fee basis, based on the scope of your project. This helps us ensure we stay in budget and that you are completely happy with your new space.

    We will start with a Discovery Chat to learn more about your project, answer questions and determine if we are a good fit for an In-Home Consultation.

  • plan.

    LHD will put together recommendations and a design proposal based on the Scope of Work determined during the In-Home Consultation. After partnership approval, from there we move into a Conceptual Phase to dive further into your vision, goals, needs and wants for your space.

    Often this phase involves collaboration with your Architect and Builder on drawings, design planning and budget analysis.

    The fun really begins to happen with Material + Finish Selections where LHD guides you every step of the way so you feel confident with the decisions you are making for a cohesive feel throughout your home.

  • build.

    LHD includes Design Implementation support throughout the construction phase of your project. During this phase, if new furnishings, décor and accessories are part of your project we would begin to plan, implement, procure and handle logistics.

  • execution.

    Continue to see the process through staying in close communication with your builder/contractor to get to the moment you’ve been waiting for = your finished space! During this phase planning and logistics continues for furniture, accessory & decor delivery + install + styling = see your vision come to life!
